  Met with Fred yesterday to get my Panerai PAM270 serviced. Have used them a few times for service and purchased my Daytona from them a few years back. Great service and conversation again yesterday from Fred ! Watches/ Vintage Watches and Football!

  I have had a very positive experience dealing with Chris at Mallory. From the beginning, he has been welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me understand the different Rolex models I am considering. He has taken the time to listen to my preferences, explain the process clearly and make the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. I particularly appreciate that he never makes the conversation feel rushed or dismissive, even when discussing models with long waiting times. His communication has always been professional, honest and friendly, and he has made me feel valued as a customer. Chris represents exactly the kind of service I would expect from a luxury retailer, and I would be very happy to continue dealing with him in the future.

  We've visited Mallory's several times. Top class service, Tom and Luke have really looked after us and we've always left with the perfect watch. No rush, highly professional.
