  Very bad experience when me and family visiting today the shop TKmax bridges,There was perfume area, we went to the rack, there was opened bottles and no lid bottles at the top of the shelf. We smelled the bottled to check the smell of perfume. We didn’t even sprayed it, bcz already there was smell on it. We were handling everything gentle. But same time another section was handwashing and lotions, one lady was opening the lid and smelling it. Staff of TK max came to us and said, you can’t test it, we replied we didn’t spray it was just smelling the bottle. But she again said the same, those bottled are for sale, we showed the opened bottles and no lid bottled on the shelf, how are you going to sell it without lid or cap? 3/4 filled bottles? We felt awful and disgusting way of selling the items in the shop. And that lady staff went to the lady who was opening the lid of hand wash and smelled, and talked something and they both were laughed at us. We didn’t respond for that, bcz our culture won’t allow that. But later on after choosing some other items , we reached at the till for the payment, the man who stood at the till was smiling welcoming saying thanks to others but not to us, even after the billing we said thank you, he was like a stone face no expression no smile, honestly, these kind of attitude is not good for those who are expecting a customer to buy something from them. They can show racism and discrimination to somebody not with us, bcz we not living like that. We being gentle and approachable to everyone. The lady she spoiled our day, she wouldn’t know the pain which we experienced. Kore puttiyum varipothi chamanj ninna customer service onnum aakilla.   lovely staff, huge selection with great prices. Would have to say I preferred the old shop as it seemed to have an even bigger range but overall the shop is great.
