So sorry I didn’t get his name but he had greyish hair,was handsome with a wonderful personality and approx 45 years old. This man deserves a raise 👍👌

I bought a branded bag from the store, and within just one week it already had problems. Instead of helping me or offering proper customer service, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner and made me feel humiliated. I expected much better treatment after paying for an expensive item. Customer service should be helpful and respectful, not arrogant and dismissive. Because of this experience, I do not recommend dealing with her or this store.
