- JMJennifer Madge4 days ago1.09.55am In Shrewsbury TK Maxx 22.5.26, terrible service. Extremely rude. I had a basket of clothes to purchase, which I had spent time trying on. One skirt I really liked, but was covered (Heavily soiled) in dust/ fabric and fluff. I asked the lady at the till if I could have a small discount, as I would have to spend 30mins or so lint rolling it before it was wearable- She flat out told me ‘No’ and then followed it with ‘You can just pull the bits off yourself so ‘No’. I politely said thank you, and left my whole basket without spending. I understand TK Maxx is a discount store, but I don’t expect to go home and have to lint roll and mend my items before purchasing. Terrible service from this one lady- I will not be back.

Clothing and homeware for all shapes, sizes and budgets with mostly famous names. Up to 70% off high street / original prices (allegedly??). Be prepared to queue as the service isn't the fastest and/or the till bank is undermanned. Plenty of parking.
