I needed a wedding ring quickly (3 days) and I thought I’d just walk in a jewellers and they’d have what I wanted but I tried 4 different places before h Samuel and no luck. At H Samuel they had what I wanted but not in my size but Helen offered a solution by ordering the ring in the hope I would get it in time and if it didn’t arrive she would lend me a ring to get married and they had a ring in my finger size but narrower than the one I wanted and I was happy to do this because I’d left it so late. Helen ordered my ring on a Friday, late afternoon and it was there on Saturday morning, I am so grateful to that lovely lady and wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her if I needed jewellery again, thanks Helen..

I was quite upset and worried about the damage, so I went in to ask whether it was something that could be repaired. Helen was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to look at the ring and explained that it could be sent away for repair, although it would likely cost around £60. When I mentioned that I would need to wait until payday, she said there was one other method she could try first. Helen carefully explained that there was no guarantee it would work and that I would be trying it at my own risk, but as it would have needed a repair anyway, I decided it was worth a try. She then took the time to carefully reshape the ring for me there and then, completely free of charge. I was amazed by the result. My ring now looks as good as new, and the panic I felt when I damaged it has completely gone. Considering how much this ring means to me, I can't express how truly grateful I am. Helen was kind, understanding, professional, and genuinely willing to help. She put my mind at ease straight away and turned what had been a very stressful situation into a huge relief. Thank you so much - your help and kindness were very much appreciated.
