  Tommy Hilfiger at MeadowHall is great place to shop. I ended up buying myself several new clothes and a new laptop bag. The customer service is brilliant and the staff were amazing.

  Attended at the Meadow hall branch of Tommy Hilfiger where my wife purchased a blouse and a pair of jeans. We paid at the till and carried on our shop before returning home to Staffordshire. On arriving home we found a security tag still attached to the jeans, telephoned the store and spoke to a chap who identified himself as Colin, he was polite, courteous and Tried to assist but said he hadn’t dealt with this kind of thing before and Asked me to wait for a supervisor to to Come back onto the ship floor. It wasn’t long he relayed what had occurred and told him to tell me to bring them back to store, another 2-3 hour driving there and back, or try Derby….. I did ask to speak with her but she would not, I did hear her say, I’m not speaking to him. Not helpful at all. Mistakes happen, but to hide from a call. It’s not good or professional.

  Another successful experience in this store - the staff are welcoming and not overbearing while you browse, they are informed about their product and super helpful in getting you the correct size and product.
