  Not many shops give first class service , but I can honestly say we received it today at sunglasses shop meadow hall , I was so impressed , with this young man’s knowledge , and service , so very helpful , us OAP are not the easiest of clients , he wasn’t pushy , gave expert advice , and was so patient , and well mannered , I asked his name or wouldn’t have given it Fin Abbott be proud , you have restored our faith in excellent retail staff , I only came in to look , but with your knowledge i purchasing a pair of Ray Ban and care kit , thank you so much a very impressed customer x x x x x x

  Great experience at Sunglass Hut Meadowhall! I needed to change my sunglasses from 3 days ago and Adam remembered me straight away. He helped me pick a better fitting pair and showed me the Meta glasses too. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Adam!

  Today I visited the Sunglass Hut store at Meadowhall, Sheffield, to purchase a pair of Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 smart glasses for my husband, and I had an outstanding experience. A special thank you to Adam, who assisted us throughout the entire purchase. He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Since he was wearing the Meta glasses himself and also was able to give us a live demonstration of how they work, explain all the key features and answer every question with patience and clarity. His demonstration was incredibly helpful and gave us the confidence to make the right choice. It’s not often that you come across such genuine and exceptional customer service. Adam is a great example of how customer care should be delivered professional, approachable and passionate about helping customers. I highly recommend visiting this store, and if you have the opportunity, ask for Adam. He made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. Keep up the excellent work!

  I am very disappointed with the customer service at the Ray-Ban store in the meadowhall (second floor). I bought a pair of Ray-Ban glasses from this store Recently, one of the small nose pad pins fell out and got lost. I went back to the store for help, but I was told they did not have the part and that I should go to visions express When I went to them , they told me to go back to Ray-Ban because I had purchased the glasses from them. I was sent back and forth between different places, wasting my time, and in the end it became clear that nobody was willing to help me solve a very small problem. I do not understand why I paid a premium price for Ray-Ban glasses if I cannot get basic after-sales support for a minor repair less than a year after purchase. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on the poor customer service I received, I would not recommend this store.
