  I had a very unpleasant experience at the Michael Kors Meadowhall store in Meadowhall Shopping Centre. I visited the store to return items I had purchased online from Michael Kors. The staff member on the shop floor said she didn’t know how to process returns and had to call the manager. The manager then spent over 10 minutes trying to locate my order before eventually telling me the items could not be returned in store due to the payment method, claiming this was written in the website’s fine print. When I explained that I had driven to Meadowhall and walked across the centre carrying a large bag to return the items, the manager became rude and raised his voice, telling me to contact head office if I wasn’t happy. Another customer also came in complaining she had been waiting two months for a refund, which did not inspire much confidence. I left the store feeling shocked by the level of customer service. I will not be returning to this branch and would not recommend it.

  Nice store staff friendly. However I dont like to be pounced on as soon as I walk in to a store I like to browse then be approached. It puts me off buying when im approached as soon. As I walk through the door. Im more likely to purchase if left alone for around 5 minuets. Other wise nice clothing and footwear not overly keen on this seasons handbags but it is just comming into the new spring collection so may have more choice over the next few months.

  Bought a couple of things from the store staff were very friendly and welcoming would shop here again.
