Quoted about £40, 2 weeks later I get another call to say it couldn't be repaired and needed 2 or 3 bits replacing, price more than doubled. Took a other week to get it back unrepaired. Took it to Morris Bywater and they fitted a new clasp for £8.95 and it took 1 hour. Disgusting that Samuel's think it's acceptable to charge 10x the price it ended up costing me elsewhere.
