  A positive & pleasant visit to the Meadowhall Goldsmiths boutique. I wanted to purchase a particular limited edition watch which is hard to find now. I was served by a very pleasant young man well presented staff member named Frankie. He listened to me, didn't make me feel rushed, and provided excellent customer service. I was able to try on a version of this watch and given time to examine it and see it first hand. Although the boutique didn't not have the smaller of the two sizes available, trying on the larger one did benefit me. Frankie and I were able to discuss this series of watches, Frankie obviously knew about this particular timepiece. He offered to try and source one for me. It was discovered that the 39mm version of this same with was available through their online site which was super news. The boutique ordered this watch for me and gave me the choice to either collect it or have it delivered to my home the next working day. Having been to the Meadowhall Sheffield Showroom several times previously, I am pleased to say that the service I have always received from Georgia has also been excellent. From the first visit enquiring about a Rolex Datejust, to viewing some pieces similar to what I am looking for, and communications via e mail, I feel, despite the high demand for such watches, my Watch Specialist is doing their very best for me. Georgia is a very welcoming, pleasant and respectful representative for the Goldsmiths' Company. I do not feel rushed when I see her, Georgia is knowledgeable about these luxury watches and quick to respond to my e mails.. Times have changed from the '90s when I bought my first Rolex by walking in and purchasing right then and there, but the customer service from Goldsmiths has remained the same high quality one would expect. I am hoping that I will be fortunate enough to buy a Datejust from this showroom in the near future. So if you're wanting an excellent, professinal and enjoyable experience, in a well presented environment with a large variety or pieces of watches and jewellery, I highly recommend you visit the Meadowhall Goldsmiths boutique.

  Fantastic! Thank you Cameron! I went in to buy a black ceramic Tudor. And came out with that and an amazing pre-owned Rolex. Cannot speak any higher of the staff at this store. I will be back :)

  had my watch resized here after being told by several other shops around medowhall that it would cost me £15-20. The staff here was very accommodating and I left happy. 5 stars

  Went to Goldsmiths today to buy earrings for birthday present. Staff not interested. Had to ask for assistance. Member of staff showed me the earrings. Agreed to buy. Upon giftwrapping she disappeared. Only to return to say the wrong price was on the earrings and they were more expensive. Refused to sell for displayed price and 'withdrew them from sale.' Left without them
