  Lovely flashy store. The service from the Rolex team was so dismissive I went straight across the aisle to Beaverbrooks and bought a Tudor😃

  I was gifted a bracelet from Goldsmiths in Jan 2024. In May 2025, the was a break in one of the chains so I took it to a store for repair. The initial bracelet cost was around £80 yet the repair of a singular link cost me £50. Of this cost, £20 was to "refinish twisted and dented links" - on having the bracelet returned, other than the fixed link, the bracelet was in the same condition - on raising the issue on collection I was told the bracelet would have to be sent back off for further repair, something I declined after the first repair took 4 weeks. I was also informed that the repair came with no guarantee and now, only two and a half months later, it has re-broken in the same spot with no impact/snagging. On recontacting the company, I was given no apology, just told to "Bring the bracelet into store to see if there's anything that can be done". I'm very much not impressed with the customer service I have received or the quality of the jewellery. Will refrain from any custom in the future.

  One of the worst companies you could ever deal with .I was promised two watches and they Sold one to someone else .You can’t get a receipt here for the goods you buy .They even ask you - what is the purpose of the sale . They give you the run around so they don’t Have to give you an invoice. - it’s too much Work for them. I would give them no star if I could - Once they get your money - you won’t get a receipt . Avoid - Avoid - Avoid Zero Customer service

  A positive & pleasant visit to the Meadowhall Goldsmiths boutique. I wanted to purchase a particular limited edition watch which is hard to find now. I was served by a very pleasant young man well presented staff member named Frankie. He listened to me, didn't make me feel rushed, and provided excellent customer service. I was able to try on a version of this watch and given time to examine it and see it first hand. Although the boutique didn't not have the smaller of the two sizes available, trying on the larger one did benefit me. Frankie and I were able to discuss this series of watches, Frankie obviously knew about this particular timepiece. He offered to try and source one for me. It was discovered that the 39mm version of this same with was available through their online site which was super news. The boutique ordered this watch for me and gave me the choice to either collect it or have it delivered to my home the next working day. Having been to the Meadowhall Sheffield Showroom several times previously, I am pleased to say that the service I have always received from Georgia has also been excellent. From the first visit enquiring about a Rolex Datejust, to viewing some pieces similar to what I am looking for, and communications via e mail, I feel, despite the high demand for such watches, my Watch Specialist is doing their very best for me. Georgia is a very welcoming, pleasant and respectful representative for the Goldsmiths' Company. I do not feel rushed when I see her, Georgia is knowledgeable about these luxury watches and quick to respond to my e mails.. Times have changed from the '90s when I bought my first Rolex by walking in and purchasing right then and there, but the customer service from Goldsmiths has remained the same high quality one would expect. I am hoping that I will be fortunate enough to buy a Datejust from this showroom in the near future. So if you're wanting an excellent, professinal and enjoyable experience, in a well presented environment with a large variety or pieces of watches and jewellery, I highly recommend you visit the Meadowhall Goldsmiths boutique.
