I had observed her interactions with all customers quite a while before then having the pleasure of her helping me. She was like having a personal shopper, once she knew my size & style she was even bringing other dress options into me which I ever so appreciated. I ended up spending quite a bit & even got a treasure card! 🤣 I walked out more than happy with a smile on my face & discussing with my husband just how rare it is to come across retail staff as lovely & obliging as Shirley these days. I think, TK Maxx .... she is your treasure! 🤗
