- THTom H4 days ago5.0An unbelievably great experience today from Sam and Alice. Went in not really knowing what we really wanted to get. Browsed, found a pair for my other half which he was fond of. Popped to Vision Express to see if they could sort us out prescription transition lenses, had a bit of a back and fourth with them and then returned back upstairs to Sunglass Hut. In all that time, they maintained their interest and helped us out continuously even though we were being a little bit difficult to please at times. Highly appreciate the efforts the team went to today. They are a credit to the company and to the brand name. No pressure selling, no lost interest when we didn’t make an instant decision but continuous help and advice when we needed it. 5 stars!

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout and the store did have a very good selection of sunnies to choose from.

Imagine all staff members being aware of the case and even calling me on my name! How welcoming is that! I couldn’t recommend them enough!
