Ernest Jones in Cribbs Causeway was my first stop, Sarah Filby was so incredibly helpful and amazing that I didn’t need any more shops. Not only did she help me choose a ring that my now fiancé loves, she also stayed in constant contact with me, as I wasn’t 100% sure on the size. If ever looking to buy any piece of Jewellery, I would highly recommend going here and asking for Sarah, we will definitely be going back for our wedding bands. Thanks again Sarah, we both can’t thank you enough.

Took the ring back and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Manager was super friendly as were all staff there and they replaced the ring for an upgraded material of platinum and a more expensive ring free of any charge. I was very happy with the service I received.
