  Picked up 3 white linen shirts this afternoon. Mr Chaudry helped me get the right fit (assisted with sizing) and went the extra mile. Highly recommend Charles Tyrwhitt as always for shirts and Mr Chaudry at the Cribbs store.

  Recently picked up a suit and some shirts and was really happy with the whole experience. Haron, Daniel, and Suzanna were brilliant; helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience super easy. Much better than the competition!

  Visited the Charles Tyrwhitt store in Cheltenham yesterday looking at linen shirts for summer. While browsing, I noticed there were no clear individual prices displayed, so I politely asked at the till about pricing. The response was disappointing. I was told the shirts were “£150 if you buy four, otherwise £75 each,” and when I queried the lack of pricing display, I was met with a dismissive and unnecessarily rude attitude, including being told I “obviously didn’t know what I was talking about.” Retail is challenging enough without alienating customers through poor service and arrogance. A little professionalism and courtesy go a long way, especially for a premium menswear brand. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Fortunately, Eton continues to offer far better quality and a much more refined customer experience.
