  Visited the Glasgow Buchanan St store a couple of times recently and purchased a pre-owned Omega. Dan, and the other staff I interacted with, was really helpful and welcoming.

  Always a top class service at Laings in Glasgow. Dan, in particular has been excellent. Always responsive and knows exactly what we want before we say it. Will always only go to Laings. Would highly recommend

  I feel the shopping experience here pleasant and the staff are friendly and helpful.. every visit to the store I was treated exceedingly well with offers of Refreshments any of hot, cold or alcoholic beverages. Devlin our advisor was a joy to deal with and super knowledgeable and answered all and more of the questions we had. A true asset to laings. Would recommend them highly.

  I purchased a platinum engagement ring from Lang Jewellers around 8 years ago, expecting it to last a lifetime. Unfortunately, a stone has recently fallen out so I sent it back to them for a repair. I’ve now been told the ring is irreparable and needs thousands of pounds spending on it to basically create a new one. I’m extremely disappointed with this outcome. An engagement ring is not just any piece of jewellery—it carries huge sentimental value, and I would expect far better durability and aftercare support for something so important. To be told that it’s essentially beyond repair after a relatively short period is frustrating and feels like a lack of accountability for the quality of the product. I would have hoped for a more helpful solution or at least some form of support, rather than being left with a damaged ring and no real options. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend a piece of Jewellery from Langs
