  The Edinburgh team are professional, welcoming, very helpful and passionate and knowlegeable about the product lines they carry. In particular Kat and Chris were great to deal with and very patient with us so we could take our time in making sure my wife made the right decision with her watch.

  I purchased a platinum engagement ring from Lang Jewellers around 8 years ago, expecting it to last a lifetime. Unfortunately, a stone has recently fallen out so I sent it back to them for a repair. I’ve now been told the ring is irreparable and needs thousands of pounds spending on it to basically create a new one. I’m extremely disappointed with this outcome. An engagement ring is not just any piece of jewellery—it carries huge sentimental value, and I would expect far better durability and aftercare support for something so important. To be told that it’s essentially beyond repair after a relatively short period is frustrating and feels like a lack of accountability for the quality of the product. I would have hoped for a more helpful solution or at least some form of support, rather than being left with a damaged ring and no real options. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend purchasing a piece of Jewellery from Laings.

  I had an excellent experience at the Rolex shop. From the moment I walked in, Cameron and Paulie made me feel genuinely welcome with their professionalism and friendly approach. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, guiding me through the different models without any pressure. The showroom itself is beautifully presented, with a clean and luxurious atmosphere that perfectly reflects the brand. Every watch is displayed with care, making it easy to appreciate the craftsmanship and detail that Rolex is known for. What stood out most was the level of customer service. Cameron and Paulie were patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made the entire process feel special rather than transactional. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really set this experience apart. Overall, a top-tier experience. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone considering a Rolex—thanks especially to Cameron and Paulie for making it so memorable
