  I visited the store in December in the hope of finding the perfect wedding gift for my brother and his wife. Cameron was top class service, very friendly with a great sense of humour and walked me through all the options for the gift I had in mind. He kept me updated with the progress of the order and the engraving process and was fantastic to deal with from start to finish I would highly recommend Cameron and Jamieson & Carry. If you're looking for the perfect wedding gift, ask for Cameron!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Silvia at Jamieson & Carry. She was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process, always taking the time to ensure I felt comfortable and confident with every decision. I also had the pleasure of meeting her in person a few times, and on each occasion I was so well looked after. She created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Silvia’s professionalism, care, and attention to detail really stood out. I’m truly grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal and thoughtful service.   Jamieson & Carry’s service was amazing…the boutique staff were very welcoming when I arrived and the atmosphere felt special. From my initial enquiry to the prompt response, I experienced an exceptional service from Cameron Milne. His friendliness, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel valued and appreciated. I respected the lack of sales pressure and Cameron’s patience in helping me choose my perfect Tudor watch.   I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Jamieson & Carry, Aberdeen. When my partner purchased my engagement ring, he was told the GIA certificate and original boxes would be kept securely by the store. After our engagement, it became clear the documentation had been lost when we went in to retrieve the paperwork and for resizing. Calls were made back and forth for several weeks before we were eventually given the ‘original’ boxes including a poor print out of a GIA report and was told that it was the official certification. This was not the formal GIA certificate and is something anyone can access and print online. Rather than accepting responsibility for losing the original documentation, the store claimed the printout was the official document. They should not offer to keep important documents “secure” if they are unable to do so. We eventually gave up as we got nowhere after stating that it was not the official document. Not only did they lose the documentation which I would not expect from a reputable jeweller but they then lied about the authentic paperwork they provided. This experience put a dampener on what should have been a very special moment. I would not recommend Jamieson & Carry for something as important and sentimental as an engagement ring.
