  I had such a lovely experience with Matalan. The shop was so busy, but the staff were still friendly, helpful and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. The service, patience and kindness shown really stood out, and I’m so grateful for the care and support I received. A special thank you to Jon for going above and beyond. Your patience, kindness and willingness to help made such a difference, especially with how busy the shop was, and I really appreciated the time and effort you put in. It’s people like you who make customers feel valued and looked after. Thank you Matalan and especially Jon for making my experience such a positive one x

  I was in matalan in linwood today looking for a suit for a friend the staff could not be more helpull not just the ones that helped me also the ones at the checkout, really very suprised to get this these days it was a pleasure and joy to shop there and I did notice that they were all young adults, I could not wait to get home to write this review as I can't remember feeling this good about a shop and their workers and happy to be in there. I will be writing other reviews on other social media platforms about this because I feel they really deserve the publicity.

  Was in store today and shop was really busy. Sarah working at selfscan checkouts was really helpful with my purchase. I had a voucher to use and she helped sort it all even though shop was busy. Stayed cheery and said to every customer let me know if you need help. Best customer service. Thankyou Sarah
