  Came in not too long ago and was served by Pakistani lady I came in with my mother and my mother was helping me find a trench coat that I saw online but the store didn’t have it in she went up to the lady and started to speak our home language which I found funny but bless the lady she was so confused. But anyways this lady helped me order something that I didn’t even came in for and she was so helpful I have a stammer and she didn’t make me feel uncomfortable sometimes it’s scary for me but she was amazing. I will definitely be shopping here again There was another small lady that was an absolute star aswell don’t know their names but I was really happy with the experience.

  Came to buy a few items, but Asma on the register was incredibly rude! Not only was her attitude towards other guests upsetting to see, but my own experience with her left me feeling upset! She kept glaring at me, tapping her nails in a harsh way on the till as if she was impatient for me to leave, and spoke to me in a rude manner, I felt uncomfortable. I normally don’t leave reviews but seeing the way she behaved to not only me, but to other customers as well, I felt it necessary to say something!

  Went to the ladies shoes upstairs girl didn't acknowledge us was walking round with a face like thunder we won't be returning after this shit experience smile doesn't take 5 Seconds and not even a greeting when looking at us shocking customer service skills

  Beware of this store and its very dubious and dishonest practices. The Indian/Pakistani sales assistant refused to give me my order but then marked it as collected. Clearly something dubious going on here. I have raised a dispute with my credit card for fraud. Despite me showing her the details, emails and the card the order was place with, she refused to release the order. She also refused to tell me her name saying she wasn’t obliged to. Horrendous place. Avoid at all cost.

  Horrible experience. will never go back to this store again. I went for an item return and I was told by the staff that since it is a sale item returns are applicable for only 14 days. When I went to return, I was told it cannot be returned but only exchanged which should have been clearly communicated at the time of buying. Also, my friend purchased a few items and wasn't keen on providing her email for receipt and the person kept insisting on it and she has to point on the screen to select print receipt. If its a store policy, then specify that you no longer print receipts. I managed to exchange my item with my friend's purchase and the most ridiculous thing is I still have 1£ left and had to someone find an item in the store because that's the policy otherwise they cannot accept the return even if i'm okay with buying an item below the original price. What was more appalling was the attitude of the staff and just say the same automated script.
