  Went into the reading store on Tuesday and was very disappointed to not even get approached or asked if I wanted any help. I was looking for a full suit and shirt for a wedding, and it seemed that the sales associates were happier talking to each other than actually welcoming in customer. Happy to say I went into Moss instead.

  Scarlett and Jessie were very helpful. They were very lovely and gave us very good advice! If you have a very special occasion, they are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

  What a short sighted in particularly difficult experience I have had with this company. Customer service is the worst I have experienced and even the store manager at the Reading Branch gave up waiting after 20 minutes of hanging on for his won customer support. My advice is to use another company, disappointing as they do have some nice stuff but not the customer support to go with it

  I popped into the store to collect a shirt I’d ordered online and wanted to try it on there and then which meant all the packaging and inner paper had to come out. Scarlett was incredibly helpful and after I’d tried it on, she folded and repackaged the shirt absolutely perfectly. Such a small thing but it genuinely made a difference. Brilliant service and her attention to detail really stood out.

  Was in the reading store today, to pick out my wedding suit. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Olivia. She was honestly so helpful, made the whole experience extremely easy and was very patient. Credit to the brand 👍 Thanks Olivia
