- SKSamee KhanMay 28, 20265.0I popped into the store to collect a shirt I’d ordered online and wanted to try it on there and then which meant all the packaging and inner paper had to come out. Scarlett was incredibly helpful and after I’d tried it on, she folded and repackaged the shirt absolutely perfectly. Such a small thing but it genuinely made a difference. Brilliant service and her attention to detail really stood out.
