- NTNatalie TaranovskaSep 3, 20261.0Absolutely disappointing and a complete waste of time. I paid extra for **Next Day Delivery on Sunday** because I genuinely needed the item the next day. Instead, I am receiving it on **Thursday** 😆 I contacted customer service expecting at least an apology or some attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, I received a completely unhelpful response that did nothing to address the problem. If you offer customers Next Day Delivery and take extra money for it, you should provide the service customers have paid for — or clearly warn them before they place the order that delivery will be delayed. Very disappointing experience. The customer service afterwards made the situation even worse. I will definitely think twice before ordering from TK Maxx again.
