I drove all the way there after a long day at work, made it at 5:15, only to find that they were closed. The opening hours at the shop says until 5pm. It might seem like a little thing but in situations like mine, it’s really frustrating as Redcar is the opposite direction from my drive home but is my nearest store. It was all to return an item as they now charge you to send EVRi, Inpost etc!
