  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Loewe Bicester Village. From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable, but I have to give special thanks to Elli, who was truly outstanding. Elli was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. Her knowledge of the products and genuine enthusiasm for the brand really stood out. It’s rare to receive such a high level of personalised service, and Elli made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be returning—thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

  We stopped by Bicester Village on our way to London. We didn’t really go with the intention of buying anything, it was more about visiting the place for the first time. That said, we came across the Loewe store, a brand we truly love, and had a really positive experience. The product selection wasn’t huge, but it was very well curated, varied and thoughtful. Most importantly, Vanessa was great. She was warm, approachable and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. She helped me make a decision on a pair of shoes I ended up purchasing, and I couldn’t be happier with them. Overall, a lovely experience. I’ll definitely stop by the store again on future visits to the Village!

  Been at this store a couple of times and bought flowrunner trainers, service was good and offer you some refreshment.. The only thing i want to stressed out is the contact number on the outlet, 2 numbers on web but nobody is answering.. Just to find out if an item is available before heading to the shop as i live 3hours away..
