  I was served by Archie and Alek over this BH weekend, and I cannot recommend them enough. Top tier service, friendly chat, genuinely keen to get an idea of what sort of coats I am into in favour of trying to order them in where possible. Ended up splurging when I was looking for every reason to talk myself out of a purchase (even with the discounts, the prices are HIGH!). Archie and Alek SOLD me on it but more than that, they are the KINDEST souls. Service like no other!

  A rather sad existence of a store, unhelpful staff (just chatting away with each other with no care for any customers coming in or out), store stock in disarray, almost as if they've chucked any spares they have found onto the rails. Time to seriously rethink what you are doing here Canada Goose!

I was there with my mother-in-law, and I cannot say enough good things about Alannah, who assisted us. ​My mother-in-law is disabled and often finds shopping for heavy outerwear a bit of a challenge. Alannah was remarkably attentive, kind, and personal. She went far beyond standard service—she literally helped my mother-in-law get up and assisted her with trying on various coats, making sure she was comfortable every step of the way. ​Because of Alannah's patience and genuine care, we felt so at ease that we ended up buying 2 puff jackets and a jumper. It’s rare to find someone who balances professional expertise with such heartfelt compassion. If you’re shopping here, ask for Alannah—she is an absolute gem!
