  I visited the boutique to get some information about purchasing a brand new Rolex Submariner and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was very welcoming and professional, and I really appreciated being added to the waiting list while they offered me coffee and tea during the visit. Owen was especially helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Owning a Rolex has been a dream of mine for years and I hope one day it will happen through them. A special place indeed.

  I have just bought my perfect rolex submariner from michael jones jeweller yesterday, I was dealing with Simon who is such a nice guy and patiently negotiated a deal with me nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company and simon,such a friendly place and staff.

  I recently purchased a couple of watches from this jewellers and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling pushy. A special mention to Mark, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really stood out, and he made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service like this these days, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality pieces and outstanding customer care.

  extremely helpful service , i needed my late fathers watch to be inspected for a service and repair. the advice given to me one to one was very inciteful and filled me with confidence when they would keep to watch to send to Omega for a further valuation. The watch was kept safe and no hidden fees were added on for anything - the service overall is very high standard, a great jeweller..
