- MFMoR FarApr 27, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at the Tommy Hilfiger Oxford store. I recently bought a T-shirt from this store during a sale, but unfortunately I picked the wrong size because I didn’t realise slim fit and regular fit on the label. When I returned to exchange it for the correct size, the manager told me I would have to pay the full current price because the sale had ended. What made this more frustrating was next day shop assistant manager refused to offer a refund, saying this particular store does not refund sale items. I have shopped at other Tommy Hilfiger stores before and have never experienced this kind of policy or treatment. Overall, a very disappointing and confusing customer service experience. Please be vigilant when shopping here, especially with sale items, sizing, and pricing.

Whatever happened to letting customers shop at their own pace instead of making them feel rushed the moment they walk in? After that initial swarm, there was no follow-up at all. I continued browsing on my own while the staff stood around looking bored and uninterested, offering no assistance whatsoever. The experience felt awkward and poorly managed, and it left me with no desire to return.
