Had an amazing service from David who was really kind, patient and helpful. A great store and if we are ever back in Oxford we will make it a point to revisit.

I recently bought a T-shirt from this store during a sale, but unfortunately I picked the wrong size because I didn’t realise slim fit and regular fit on the label. When I returned to exchange it for the correct size, the manager told me I would have to pay the full current price because the sale had ended. What made this more frustrating was next day shop assistant manager refused to offer a refund, saying this particular store does not refund sale items. I have shopped at other Tommy Hilfiger stores before and have never experienced this kind of policy or treatment. Overall, a very disappointing and confusing customer service experience. Please be vigilant when shopping here, especially with sale items, sizing, and pricing.
