- FBfunny bunnyMay 21, 20261.0Worst customer service at this branch. This was register no. 4 on 20th May 2026 at 8:03pm. It was a Caucasian woman in her early 20s at the cashier who had long dark and straight hair. We tried paying with 2 different cards with the card machine but she was rude about it, not helpful just standing there. We asked if there was a problem with the card machine and she said “no” in an angry manner. So we ended up paying with a 3rd card which was a debit and it worked. Once it was done, she just walked away with no thank you nor smile. We then saw another staff walk up to her mentioning about the card machines being weird. Few minutes later we went to another shop to use the first card we tried at TK maxx and it worked. There was nothing wrong with our card. I think you ought to improve customer service a lot more and be helpful to your customers. Inspect your card machines.

A few months ago, my daughter lost her iPhone, and we were incredibly worried it was gone for good. Naz went above and beyond by taking the time to charge the phone and use the emergency contact information to call me. Thanks to her kindness and initiative, I was able to collect the phone safely. This meant so much to us—especially to my daughter, who was absolutely overjoyed to have her phone returned. It’s not often you come across someone who shows such genuine care and thoughtfulness. Naz’s actions turned a stressful situation into a positive and memorable experience. She is a true credit to the team, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help. Thank you again!

You need to wait a long time at the till, I never see more than 2 cashiers in the same time even they have a lot of tills. Also I did not experienced a good treatment from the person on duty, even I bought a faulty product she refused the return. I emailed also but I never had a reply. Very dissapointing!
