  Many thanks to Mo Ali for all his patience and help with our watch purchase yesterday at Goldsmiths Oxford. Mo explained all about the different watches that we looked at, and didn’t try to rush us into a decision, no pressure to purchase. I would definitely go back to see Mo again at Goldsmiths.

  Good for most watches that are sold here but don't bother trying to get a Rolex here better to go to a different AD even if it's far or go to the gray market. I got told by one of the staff that "some people have spent close to a million pounds and still are waiting to get allocated the panda Daytona. Overall service was nice however they don't value their higher end customers.

  Great experience with all the staff really helpful, friendly and not pushy in anyway and the chap who served me had plenty of time to answer my questions all of which made my watch purchase a little more enjoyable. I must say this is a 180 degree change from my previous visit to the showroom which definitely was not enjoyable, so hopefully the change will last.

  An extremely poor selection in store, great if you want Rolex or Omega. Came in looking for 3 particular watches and left bitterly disappointed.

  Upon entering the showroom, all the staff were very welcoming. Jas from the Rolex department was extremely helpful and accommodating. She made the whole experience a special and memorable one. She did not hesitate or rush to answer any questions i had. A trainee colleague was also present who was also very friendly and explained products in detail. The showroom is also very clean and modern. Overall, a very happy customer and surely look forward to returning and purchasing further watches.
