- JKJeff Kingston3 days ago5.0Great experience with all the staff really helpful, friendly and not pushy in anyway and the chap who served me had plenty of time to answer my questions all of which made my watch purchase a little more enjoyable. I must say this is a 180 degree change from my previous visit to the showroom which definitely was not enjoyable, so hopefully the change will last.

- SSSharifAug 2, 20265.0Upon entering the showroom, all the staff were very welcoming. Jas from the Rolex department was extremely helpful and accommodating. She made the whole experience a special and memorable one. She did not hesitate or rush to answer any questions i had. A trainee colleague was also present who was also very friendly and explained products in detail. The showroom is also very clean and modern. Overall, a very happy customer and surely look forward to returning and purchasing further watches.
