  Went into the shop today looking for a Black-Tie suit which I needed done for the same day. Thankfully, there was a great guy called Ben who helped me out. Fantastic service, honesty and enthusiasm. I’m a regular at this company and he is by far the best person who’s ever helped me out. Knew exactly what he was doing and what he was talking about. Deserves immediate raise, bonus or promotion!

  Been in a few times and bought lots of linen shorts, shorts and chinos. Ben is always great!

  Disappointed, from the online reviews and the founders statement on exemplary customer service i genuinely wanted to visit and get a new wardrobe. However walking into the oxford store straight away the vibe was off , almost empty shop, 3 members of staff huddled behind the till, no acknowledgement or greeting. Will be going elsewhere to spend my money. Edit.. clearly no online presence as no one has even reached out to acknowledge this. Going to a one star

  I can't speak highly enough of the assistance I received in Charles Tyrwhitt Oxford on multiple occasions. On my first visit Tom took exceptional care and attention, really making me feel at ease and was a font of information. Follow up visits have been equally useful. By far the best customer service of the men's clothing stores I've used in the Westgate. Make it your port of call
