Was told despite all clothes in the wash coming out damage free, I had used incorrect detergent... I advise people not to buy tshirts on offer because they clearly aren't made well. They would not exchange due to product being washed. I have bought lots of items from Tommy , shoes, jeans, jackets, polo's, tshirts. After this experience i will never buy another item.
- JJJaycoMay 31, 20265.0Small store that sometimes looks like a very messy jumble sale, but it’s well stocked with plenty of choice. I love their polo shirts, which are both cheaper and better quality than Ralph Lauren further up the village. Easily one of the best stores at Bicester Village.

- SSstarDec 28, 20252.0visited on boxing day - so i was already expecting it to be very busy but i also expected it to be organised like the majority of the shops were, with a worker letting in a set amount of people at a time so that it wouldn’t overflow. unfortunately Tommy Hilfiger Men did not do this and it was hard to walk anywhere, i feel really bad for the workers, if there was someone controlling the people going in it would’ve been a better experience, we went to Tommy Hilfiger Women and it was a lot better, we were told to wait outside when there was too many people and it was perfect.
