  I was very disappointed with the manager of this branch. His rude attitude and unprofessional behavior are completely inconsistent with the image and values of a prestigious luxury brand like Dolce & Gabbana. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  I visited this store yesterday 28/dec/2025 the guy who was just standing entrance he was very rude . We didn't want to spoil our day, so we didn't say anything to him. He should talk to everyone nicely because he is doing his job. But he had no sense of humor at all. He was treating to people like that. That was a very wrong approach.

  24/11/2025 around 1:30p.m. I visited the store and I want to give a big thank you to the store security guy for his excellent assistance during my visit. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, and because of the support, I was able to purchase the bag I love. His professionalism and kindness made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly great service—thank you!
