Very disappointing experience at Dior Bicester Village. We waited for over an hour in heavy rain despite the queue being relatively short. When I raised my concerns, the staff member managing the entrance said they were short-staffed and that he was “not surprised” by my comment, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
Seeing customers standing outside the store, soaked by the rain and visibly uncomfortable, creates a poor image for a luxury brand like Dior. Meanwhile, the nearby Gucci store had a queue as well but managed the situation much better by accommodating customers during the bad weather. Not the level of service I would expect from Dior.

We had a really good experiece with fateh who was so attentive ,kind and professional. He helped us as family of four and made it seamless expreicence.

The queue was badly managed - were the staff actually keeping count of people outflow? There was nobody at the door.
