  I was disappointed with my experience at Dior in Bicester Village. I found Kimberley manner rude, which made my visit feel unwelcoming. I expected more courteous service from Dior and hope this feedback is taken seriously.

  I waited in line for 30 minutes, even though the store was mostly empty. It was clearly just an attempt to create an illusion of exclusivity, which was quite disappointing.

  Charlie was a lovely host let us use his massive IPAD do do a pre shop whilst we was queuing so helpful telling us all the info before we even entered. Maria inside showed us all the sunglasses and helped us pick the perfect pair. And lastly Kat at the till was also super helpful telling us about the Bicester/Dior program and bagging our sunglasses up nicely x

  Nothing to do with Dior itself, but the security guard standing outside on Wednesday, 26th August at around 5:50pm was incredibly rude. I approached him and politely asked where the line started, and he pointed me in the right direction. When I got there, I saw that the barrier was closed, so I went underneath it, as the woman in front of me had done. I did not cut in front of anyone or disrupt the queue. The security guard then approached me and began speaking to me very loudly in front of everyone, telling me that what I had done was ‘very wrong’. I tried to understand what the issue was, but the way he spoke to me felt unnecessarily rude and aggressive. It was an extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable experience, and I genuinely do not understand why it was appropriate to speak to a customer in that manner. I completely understand that security staff have rules to enforce, and I would have had no issue being politely told that I had entered the queue incorrectly. My issue is entirely with the way I was spoken to and treated in front of everyone.
