  As usual, excellent old school customer service from Hayden and also from his new colleague Oliver. Many thanks for replacing my damaged shirt without the receipt, it’s reasons like this that keep shopping at Charles Tyrwhitt.

  The lad in store was good and knowledgeable about the product BUT he did not tell me that the order was not due for 5 weeks - this is awful customer service from the stores part , all I have been offered in compensation is a refund nothing more for the convenience - won’t be going back !

  I’ve always liked the fabric and stitch of Charles Tyrwhitt shirts, so was happy to see their collection of linen and cotton shirts in this store. While the color range was quite limited, yet managed to find some nice ones. The store had a promo going for all shirts, so definitely a great buy. The store had quite a few customers, so staff were all busy and the fitting rooms were full of clothes from previous users; with no one to ensure the rooms were emptied before each customer. The store carries shirts, chinos, polos, suits, and accessories. Overall would surely recommend this store of quality product.
