  Wow, great service from Simon at Michael Jones Jeweller. Simon was honest, explained everything and took my registration for the Submariner No Date. Simon then surprised me with some pre owned models and a brand new Explorer II. My late father would be very happy that my wait to own such a prestigious watch is over.   This is my second visit to Michael jones Banbury in a couple of weeks. Purpose of this visit was to collect my time piece. I can only speak highly of this and my previous visit, was warmly greeted at the door on both occasions and treated with courtesy, respect and actually felt like a valued customer. I dealt with Natasha for the whole of this latest visit and would like to thank her for making my timepiece collection more than just a financial transaction, it wasn’t a case of here’s your watch, time to pay and out the door. She took the time and patience! To answer my many questions and queries in a professional manner, she deserves credit for that. Natasha is very hospitable and actually made me feel like part of the Michael jones family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Jones and Natasha.
