  Just been to this store absolutely disgusting retunning a faulty item I have a receipt but been told I can’t refund manager on duty penny was really help but a colleague there a Asian woman who I find so rude all the time I go but I will make a formal complaint with Matalan customer service she has a problem with me I don’t know but shocked feel discrimination. Totally shocked

  We did not find Matalan it is so hard to find that we gave up , It's Badly signed if you put it in your phone map you end up going round and round so it's a joke

  Such a big store...but not even a single toilet for customers. My wife was on her specific days and wanted to change her pad, but she was denied entry in toilet. Shameful and pathetic.
