The fitting rooms were awful, torn curtains, dirty walls and doors, and rubbish and dust all over the floor. The mirrors were covered in dust and streaks, and the whole store felt old, damaged, and poorly maintained. Even the lift looked dirty and outdated. The store honestly felt unhygienic and unpleasant to be in.
