When I enquired about the return procedure they told me that not only would they not refund my initial postage for the item but that I would also have to pay for the return postage which in totall was more than the cost of the item. I complained to them via email and they kindly agreed to to refund me for both the t-shirts. So whilst not initially happy they have good customer service which means that I would be happy to shop from them again and reccomend to others as customer service is the most important thing in any business esp online retail. If you don't like an item to return should be an easy and straightforward procedure. Thanks to granite workwear for setting matters right!
