Unfortunately, on my latest visit I wanted to try on a few T-shirts, but I was told they were closing in 10 minutes. When I checked the time, there were actually around 15 minutes left before closing. Despite this, the staff member refused to let me use the fitting room. I was disappointed by the poor customer service, so I left the items with her and walked out.

Better to order online, you'll have to wait awhile for delivery (over a week if you opt for standard delivery) but sometimes there is no choice. Don't bother to complain about late deliveries, you'll not get a reply.
