  The lady at the fitting room was very friendly and helpful Unfortunately, my experience at the self-checkout was very different. I was waiting in line and wanted to ask a member of staff a question. As she was already assisting another customer, I waited patiently behind her until she had finished. However, instead of acknowledging me or asking if I needed help, she walked straight past me and assisted the next person in the queue behind me. I'm not sure if this was intentional or an oversight, but it made me feel ignored. As a result, I decided to leave the store without making my purchase. It's disappointing, especially after receiving such great service from the fitting room staff.

  Went shopping with my mother today 15th April at matalan Beeston. My mother is Disabled with Possession of disabled key for the toilet. With only one kidney My mum needs access to a toilet asap. She was told by a staff member No toilets were available!! When I put the question to her again, “so you’re saying there’s no access for a disabled person going to the toilet, she replied “yes that’s right! Later walking around the shop I found the shop manager who kindly & informed me there were toilets Available and she kindly took my mum. And said all access is available. So for information purposes, if you’re ever in this situation, don’t listen to the staff on the floor and find the manager!!
