  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Goldsmiths Nottingham after my usual AD closed down and I was contacted by the team here. It took me a little while to find the time to visit, but I’m really glad I did. Gareth was absolutely fantastic — incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about watches. I tried on a number of Omegas and Rolex models, and Gareth was able to talk through the watches in real detail, right down to the smaller details that make a difference to someone who is a bit of a watch geek! I particularly enjoy vintage-inspired watches, so getting into the finer points of things like the domed sapphire crystal on the new Omega Seamaster models was exactly the sort of conversation I enjoy. It was great to be able to geek out about the details rather than just being given the usual sales pitch. The service from the whole team was excellent. Every member of staff said hello and made me feel welcome — it sounds like a small thing, but it really does make a difference. I also really appreciated the advice around diversifying my collection. It was great to try different watches on and actually see what suits my wrist, rather than making a decision purely from looking at them online. I’ll definitely be back, hopefully soon, to add another piece to the collection. It’ll also be interesting to see the new store when they move. Thanks again to Gareth and the whole team for such a welcoming experience. Great service and a really enjoyable visit. Highly recommended! ⌚️

  Came in today looking for an engagement ring for a friend, and Steve went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service made it such an enjoyable experience. 10/10 if you come ask for Steve.

  I have just purchased another very special watch from Katie. If you are getting frustrated with the authorised dealer experience like I was, you’ve just simply not found the right AD. I can safely say I have found the right one for me and look forward to having chats via phone/email or when I pop into town. Katie is a fantastic listener, patient and trustworthy. Congrats on changing my mind Katie (not something that’s easily done 😊)

  Katie and the team are absolutely brilliant. We went to purchase a watch for my husband's 50th birthday and were unsure if we could get it in time (stupid manufactured scarcity!) but Katie managed to obtain none for us. She was absolutely fantastic in taking care of us and listening to what my husband wanted, fit, answering any questions etc. I also had my wedding suite resized and the quality of the workmanship is fantastic. I couldn't recommend this branch highly enough. Katie is excellent at her job, is amazingly knowledgeable, and made the experience fun and enjoyable.
