As if having to place a delivery 2 days after the last one has arrived, we now have to place our order for next week the following day..... Out of stock of massive amounts of vital stock every week, and for weeks, even months, at a time of the same items. Never substitute even when the substitute box has been ticked on the app. Seems a badly run organisation overall in all of my experience with Bestway/Batleys. What the hell does it take to get some Del Monte Orange juice or Marmite around here? It's been MONTHS since you've had this. Even always out of stock of paracetamol. How on earth is anyone supposed to run a business when wholesalers never have any stock of the things people want.
