- SNSilvija NarusyteSep 19, 20261.0Was shopping my son and asked a lady at the changing rooms where is their toilet as my son needed to use it and they used to have toilets upstairs but now we couldn’t find it. The lady at the changing rooms said that there’s an age limit for children to use the toilet and it’s 6 years, I said that’s fine my son is older than that and if we could go use the toilet please. She wasn’t really happy to help and looked annoyed, said she will call someone as a staff member needs to let you in. She called someone on her headset and then told us we cannot use the toilet and we need to go to Costa if we need a toilet. Really disappointed with the way she spoke to us and the fact that first we were told a staff member needs to let you in and then being told to go somewhere else to use a toilet. We ended up not buying anything and leaving.

I was walking with my trolley and he had stopped to speak to a female colleague and had left a dolly in the way of a few aisles however, the trip was made up by the lady who served us. I cannot remember her name but she was a saving grace to the bad trip Oliver gave us due to his reckless behaviour and leaving items unattended on the already busy and cramped shop floor upstairs.
