- AHAimee HowardDec 2, 20151.0I recently visited my local new look store this week as my orders where ready for Collection & I had brought Proof of the emails I had been sent from your selfs telling me that my orders where ready to be collected from my local store when I went into the store I spoke to a young lady telling her I have come to collect my orders & she went to go get them & come back with one I told the lady I have another Order I showed the lady my emails telling me that it had come to the store but the lady said no it's not here the lady was being very not very understanding about what I was trying to tell her & she had no customer service skills at all her whole attitude was disgusting & she then said I will phone customer services to see where it is then when she had come off the phone she never explained to Me what was said she just told me that she would be right back after 5 mins she come back with my other order that was there & she never apologise for the inconvenience which I thought was disgusting & I wouldn't be shopping at the Mansfield new look store again
