Called back a second time about 10 minutes later and they are still talking to friends, didn't make any attempt to serve me. Will not be going in again. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

A very nice man called Sam sourced the watch, had it delivered to the store and invited me back for a sizing appointment with the watch. Sam did this in 24 hours. Im delighted to say the watch fit with no adjustments needed. Sam is a credit to h. Samuel, and I am a very happy customer. 5 star service.
