The atmosphere of the shop is very relaxed and there is no suggestion of attempting a hard 'sell'. I had taken a watch for repair which was accomplished in excellent time and Lauren, who delt with me on the second visit was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. There was no suggestion that he was trying to get me out of the shop as quickly as he could. I recommend Michael Jones without reservation.
