  I popped in to have my Rolex adjusted as it was slightly too big on the bracelet. I was greeted by a really friendly gentleman who identified my model immediately and asked how he could help. I advised I needed some help with sizing my watch as it was slightly too big. He immediately directed me to his desk and then showed genuine interest in my watch. I had a feeling my dad used to see those gentleman as he was an accredited specialist who was incredibly well versed in watches especially the Rolex. I learnt a fair bit whilst in there and I could tell he was incredibly passionate about what he did. I felt so comfortable in his company and valued as a guest. I hadn’t spent a penny in there but was treated like I was spending a fortune. I value service very highly after working in customer service for over 24 yrs and today was exceptional. A genuine, kind, and well educated gentleman who knew so much about not only my watch but the brand, materials used, size’s, history and release dates and the history of Rolex. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there and he is an absolute credit to himself and Michael Jones. I had visited another MJ branch before there and the service and reception was totally different. If you are looking for fine jewellery or a specialist watch please go and visit Gold St and ask for Robert White. He really was a pleasure to talk to and I honestly felt valued and very well treated for a simple size adjustment on my watch. I know when you are spending money, certain retailers will treat you differently but this was not the case today. I hadn’t spent a penny but was made to feel very welcome and Robert was interested in my watch and it was fantastic listening to his enthusiasm and passion for watches n general… Many thanks indeed and I will be back if I decide on another purchase. Truly wonderful service at its best, Manyvthanks Robert.

  Rachel listened to my requests, and ideas. She identified the gems and metals in the broken jewellery quickly. Rachel provided a range of designs and then together we amended one design to create a bespoke jewellery item. She kept me updated by email through out the process. I am delighted with my design. I’m looking for to wearing it on a special occasion.

  My daughter had her ears pierced Saturday, lovely friendly service. Made my 9y feel very safe and relaxed. Also had some great honest advice about a ring. Definitely will recommend you to others.
