  Had a fantastic experience buying my first premium watch. Llewellyn, looked after us both. Provided hot drinks and biscuits, and professionally guided me through the complete procedure and products on offer. Highly recommended!

  The Indian or Pakistan sale guy who worked on 30th April, has a terrible attitude towards customers. Doing nonsense at the back and told me to wait for 5 minutes. He seems to be rushing cus it’s near closing time. He speaks so boring as if he’s not paid to work. No effort and just kept saying very short like ‘yes and no, good, I don’t know and not sure’, and no chatting with customers. Terrible service.

  A great place, I visited several jewelers locally. This is the best by far in my opinion. Bought an engagement ring here. Great value and wonderful service from Nina. Highly recommended.

  I came in to get a ring resized that was originally purchased at goldsmiths. Unfortunately, they don't do half sizes so I wanted to get this sorted. I know exactly what size I need because I own other rings, but when I told the store assistant what I needed she got the ring sizing thing and promptly tried to convince me that I was wrong. Unbelievably, there wasn't a next size up ring to be found to test, but the ring sizer fitted smaller than my actual ring so clearly isn't helpful in establishing the correct size. Rings don't all fit like a piece of squared off steel. When I explained that it made no sense that even the next size up on the ring sizer didn't fit, we were spoken to like dirt. The store assistant we found to be overall very cold and unfriendly, and entirely unhelpful. I felt extremely uncomfortable trusting a very sentimental piece with them and left the store.
