I went to the Eaton store to return it, but the salesperson there was very rude and told me to contact Customer Service because they could not help me. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that the store should have been able to help me. I went back to the store and explained this to them, but they still refused to help me and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. The staff at the Eaton store were extremely rude and unhelpful, and I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received.

The young man at the Sunglass Hut kiosk in Norwich was super nice; he actually had the model I’d lost in stock, but I decided to treat myself to the latest Wayfarer model instead, and I’m absolutely delighted with them! Highly recommended!
