  I was really impressed with the Norwich Goldsmiths store. Kamile was extremely helpful and very knowledgable. Great product range and it didn’t take long to have items delivered to the store for me to try products they didn’t initially have in stock, or in the correct size. Highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning.

  After taking my Oris watch for a service it was returned to me clean and tidy but two weeks later the wind fell off in my hand so I took it back so it could be repaired. I was informed it would cost me an extra £120 for this as it was wear and tear. Now I'd had to watch seven years and never had a problem, but as soon as it went in for a service within two weeks, it came from my hand..... Coincidence I don't think so. I feel that the watch should not be put back together properly and then I was charged next to £120 for the pleasure of having it done again.
