  Goldsmiths Norwich, what a team - After ordering online and getting the size slightly wrong, it was a faff to resolve the exchange with the web team. Which I’ll be honest left me a little frustrated. However, all was redeemed (and some) with the brilliant Bryony, who was an exceptional example of customer service, polite, professional and helped us navigate the process of exchange. Highly engaging and just refreshing. Her manager was also very attentive for which we were equally grateful. Thank you Bryony, you were fantastic.

  As a Watch repair customer, I visited GoldSmiths in Norwich, I Highly Recommend Goldsmiths Norwich for Their Professional & Surprisingly Quick Service for my Watch Repair. Costs where within expectations & time taken too, The Professional Staff were Fantastic, Im 55yrs old Ive worked in retail & retail logistics on & off for 38yrs. The Staff at Goldsmiths Norwich gave me the best Shopping Experience I've Ever Had!. Being a 55yr old Bloke too!. I'll definitely be returning there..

  Lovely shop and very friendly,knowledgeable staff.Great range of high end items plus they offer repairs and servicing.Some high end jewellers can be very patronising but Goldsmiths does not succumb to such tactics which is very refreshing.Happy to continue dealing with them in the future.
