  I came in looking for a suit for my sister’s wedding and had a great experience. Leanne was really helpful, talking me through the different options and helping me find the right suit. Amazingly, the first suit she picked out was the one! It fit really well, felt great, and only needs a few minor alterations. The customer service from Leanne was excellent, thank you! The suit feels great quality too. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

  I had a great experience at the Norwich branch of Charles Tyrwhitt last weekend, with Chris and his team helping me to return an online order (due to sizing issues), measuring my correct size and patiently advising me while I tried on other sizes to get the correct fit. Chris made the in-store and online shopping experience integrate really smoothly. It made the whole experience really positive. Thank you very much!

  Couldn't of been better, leanne was incredible with helping me get a few shirts that were out of stock. Customer service was above and beyond.

  Booked a fitting for a suit with Ayo. Ayo measured me and helped me pick out which one I wanted. Ayo was well informed and answered all my questions. I wasn’t ready to make the purchase in store but I went home and ordered it online and I felt no pressure from Ayo to finish the purchase in store at the time. Great service. Many thanks.

  I paid this store a visit whilst on holiday and have to say it's my favourite CT store I have been to and bought a lovely polo shirt from here and am very happy with my purchase and the store really has got a great selection of men's clothing and as always the quality is exceptionally good, I would highly recommend.
