  A cool stress free air conditioned experience, where they fetch the items, check measure and get it right. You can relax take a seat in a comfortable changing environment, and take your time. Very professional, knowledgable and able to help with colour coordination for an out fit and tailoring for tucked shirts, Whilst also providing really nice smart casual tops and trousers all chosen to match my body perfectly straight off the shelf. Invested in my wardrobe and felt it was great value for money. Plus besides the quality I shop so rarely, when I do I want it ton be like this. Over all excellent

  I came in looking for a suit for my sister’s wedding and had a great experience. Leanne was really helpful, talking me through the different options and helping me find the right suit. Amazingly, the first suit she picked out was the one! It fit really well, felt great, and only needs a few minor alterations. The customer service from Leanne was excellent, thank you! The suit feels great quality too. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

  I had a great experience at the Norwich branch of Charles Tyrwhitt last weekend, with Chris and his team helping me to return an online order (due to sizing issues), measuring my correct size and patiently advising me while I tried on other sizes to get the correct fit. Chris made the in-store and online shopping experience integrate really smoothly. It made the whole experience really positive. Thank you very much!

  Couldn't of been better, leanne was incredible with helping me get a few shirts that were out of stock. Customer service was above and beyond.

  Booked a fitting for a suit with Ayo. Ayo measured me and helped me pick out which one I wanted. Ayo was well informed and answered all my questions. I wasn’t ready to make the purchase in store but I went home and ordered it online and I felt no pressure from Ayo to finish the purchase in store at the time. Great service. Many thanks.
